1. Information we collect
To create your gift and run our service we may collect:
- Contact details - name, phone, email.
- Order brief - recipient name, occasion, story, preferred language and tone.
- Media you upload - photos, voice notes, audio clips, references.
- Payment metadata - payment method, transaction ID, amount (we don't store full card or UPI credentials).
- Technical data - IP-derived country code (used to show the right currency), browser type and basic analytics.
2. How we use your information
- To create, refine and deliver your gift.
- To communicate with you on WhatsApp/email about your order.
- To detect fraud and prevent misuse.
- To improve our products and service quality.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
3. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your data. We share limited information with trusted service providers that help us run SiyAI - for example our hosting and database provider, payment gateways, communication tools (WhatsApp/email) and AI/creative tools used to produce your gift. Each of them is contractually bound to handle data securely.
4. AI processing of your content
Some parts of your order may be processed through AI models to generate visuals, voice or music. We only send what is needed to fulfil your specific order, and we do not allow these models to use your personal content to train their general models where that option is available to us.
5. Data retention
We retain your order details, uploads and deliverables for as long as needed to provide support, handle revisions and meet legal obligations. You can request earlier deletion of your raw uploads after delivery - see "Your rights" below.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled storage, and role-based access for our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your content with the same care we'd want for our own memories.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries to remember your currency preference, keep you signed in (if you sign in), and measure basic usage. You can clear these any time from your browser settings.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- See what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's inaccurate.
- Delete your raw uploads after delivery.
- Stop using your content for portfolio or testimonials.

9. Children
SiyAI is intended for adults (18+). If a gift involves a child's likeness, the order must be placed by their parent or legal guardian.
