1. Who we are
"SiyAI", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the SiyAI brand operated from India. By using siyaiweb.lovable.app or placing an order with us, you ("you", "the customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our products
SiyAI creates personalised digital memory gifts - including Memory Films, Voice Letters, Custom Songs and Living Portraits - using a mix of human craft and AI tools. Each gift is created based on the brief, photos, voice notes and other inputs you share with us.
Final outputs are interpretive creative works. Likeness, tone and timing can vary; we aim for the feeling of the memory, not a forensic reproduction.
3. Placing an order
- You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
- You confirm that the information you share is accurate and that you have the right to share any photos, audio, names or stories you upload.
- Prices shown on the site at the time of order are final for that order, in the currency displayed.
- An order is confirmed only after we receive payment and acknowledge it over WhatsApp/email.
4. Content you share with us
You retain ownership of any photos, audio or text you send us. By sharing them, you grant SiyAI a limited licence to use them only to create and deliver your gift. We will not use your personal content for marketing without your explicit permission.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that depicts a real person without their (or their guardian's) reasonable consent.
5. Delivery
We share an estimated delivery window at the time of order. Most gifts are delivered digitally over WhatsApp or email. Delivery timelines depend on the plan you choose and the completeness of the inputs you share with us.
6. Revisions
Each plan includes a defined number of revisions. Additional or scope-changing revisions may be chargeable; we'll always quote before doing the work.
7. Intellectual property
Once your order is paid in full and delivered, you may use the final gift for personal, non-commercial purposes - including sharing it with friends and family on private channels and social media. Commercial use, resale, or training of AI models on our deliverables is not permitted without written consent.
SiyAI retains the right to use anonymised or permission-cleared samples in our portfolio.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt service, or use SiyAI to create content that is hateful, defamatory, sexual, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiyAI's liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
